- ** Supervise and optimize**the coordination of deliveries from our private fleet, ensuring compliance with deadlines, hours of service (log book) and applicable regulations;
- ** Enhance operational efficiency** by developing management processes and tools to facilitate fluid communication between dispatchers and drivers;
- ** Develop and monitor**key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and continuously improve service quality and operational profitability;
- ** Develop strategic partnerships** with carriers to optimize costs, improve service reliability and ensure greater flexibility in the face of market fluctuations;
- ** Collaborate with internal teams** (yards, customer service, operations) to anticipate and proactively manage logístical adjustments and improve the customer experience;
- ** Design and implement** optimization and innovation initiatives to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of transport operations;
- ** Contribute to the transformation** and continuous improvement of processes by identifying strategic opportunities for efficiency gains;
- ** Manage special projects**and cross-functional initiatives with an impact on the performance of transport operations.

**Qualifications**
- Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in transportation, logistics or related field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in dispatching, with expertise in flatbed (an asset);
- Thorough knowledge of transportation laws and regulations, particularly in the United States (example: Act 430);
- Autonomy and leadership, with the ability to make strategic decisions;
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to use and optimize transportation management tools;
- Bilingualism French-English (fluency in English is required to serve our customers in the U.S.);
- Excellent management of priorities and ability to manage several complex operations simultaneously;
- Resistance to stress and rigor, with increased attention to detail to ensure efficient operations;
- Team spirit.
