**Job Title: Flight School Dispatcher**

**Location**: St-Jean-sur-Richelieu Airport

**Employment Type**: Flexible (6-hour shifts, weekends/holidays required)

At our flight school, we value a strong sense of community, dedication, and a passion for aviation. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Flight School Dispatcher.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a responsible and adaptable individual to fill the role of Flight School Dispatcher. This entry-level position requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Aviation knowledge or prior dispatch experience is a plus but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Flight scheduling and coordination
- Aircraft fueling arrangements
- Paperwork management and filing
- Client-facing interactions, including welcoming students and customers
- Office management and general administrative tasks
- Assisting management with various duties as needed

**Skills Required**:

- Bilingual: Must be able to communicate fluently in both French and English
- Adaptability and independence in handling diverse tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with client interactions
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
