We are looking for an experienced **Brake Press Setup Operator** for our client located in **Pickering**, **ON**. The company is in the business of Metal Production.

**Responsibilities**:

- 5yrs experience - specializing in stainless steel equipment, and custom sheet metal items.
- AMADA & CINCINNATI brake presses, Shears, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
- Determine cut sizes on parts using correct Bend Allowance calculations.
- Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications.
- Lay out, set up, and operate brake press machines and back stops.
- Read and interpret drawings or follow verbal instructions to bump, bend, roll, or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
- Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
- Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates and layouts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and stand for long periods.

**Requirements**:

- Brake Press Setup and Operation: 5 years (preferred)
- AMADA or CINCINNATI Brake Press: 5 years (preferred)
- Bend Allowance calculations: 5 years (preferred)

**Location**:Pickering, ON

**Pay**: $22 to $28 (depends upon the experience)

**Shift timing**:3:30pm to 1:30am (Mon - Thru)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Pickering, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
