- Provide support for business partners and understand their needs in order to maximize value for clients and partners
- Communicate the vision of the need and the solution that will be implemented
- Manage and prioritize solution components according to what brings the most value and taking into account the constraints involved
- Mobilize teams as well as product owners (POs) towards the achievement of objectives
- Provide a comprehensive solution that meets all business needs, from identification to delivery
- Work with business analysts, business architects and IT teams to develop solutions
- Facilitate PO autonomy in prioritizing their backlog by involving them upstream and supporting them in making informed decisions based on the vision, delivery target and constraints
- Develop a climate of teamwork, trust and solid interpersonal relationships with partners and collaborators
- Align ongoing needs with other development teams in the business line
**Desired profile**:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transformation programs, including at least three years in a similar role and on a major project
- Insurance experience (important asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, information technology systems (ITS), computer science or equivalent
- Excellent ability to understand business needs in order to maximize the value provided by the team and ensure that what is delivered meets the user’s needs
- Ability to work in a complex environment in a transformation context and be able to manage adversity
- Ability to exercise judgment and influence colleagues and management in solving complex problems and making decisions
- Excellent analytical and summary skills, and discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and French
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology (asset)
