**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Product Marketing Managers are responsible for the messaging, branding, positioning, and other go-to-market strategies for new and existing Robotiq products. They help create product launch strategies and supporting materials, and ensure a strong market fit through research and analysis. They closely collaborate with Product Owners, who ensure the products and solutions properly meet the needs of the target markets and industry.
MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
- Develop and lead the implementation of product marketing strategies, in collaboration with product ownership, marketing, and sales.
- Responsible for the product go-to-launch and product update communication process & initiatives.
- Successfully adapt the product strategy to transition through different points in the product life cycle.
- Establish a clear commercial strategy for each product, including positioning, pricing, and product-market fit in collaboration with Product Ownership.
- Develop tools for the sales team and for our channel partners to enable sales success.
- Manage creation of marketing collateral including brochures, web content, promotional videos, and written pieces such as ebooks.
- Conduct interviews with end-users, prospective users, and distributor partners to establish and align with market opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a technical discipline with practical marketing experience;
- Minimum 5 years experience in product marketing or product management;
- Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on highly technical products;
- Bilingual French/English
- Market analysis and research skills;
- Creativity and storytelling skills;
- Proven experience working across teams.
