**Role Overview: Group Product Manager (Consumer Focus)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 4 Product Managers, fostering growth and ensuring delivery on high-impact, consumer-focused product initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end strategy for our consumer-facing crypto trading app, from vision to execution.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our mobile trading platform, enhancing user interface and experience to remain competitive.
- Collaborate across product areas, regions, and functions to solve complex user experience challenges.
- Define and manage key performance metrics, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Develop and advocate for a multi-year product vision, aligning with consumer trends and user needs.

**Job Requirements**
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years managing other Product Managers.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams within consumer-facing product environments.
- Background in fintech or crypto product development, with a strong preference for B2C experience.
- Experience prioritizing stakeholder objectives to deliver on key product initiatives.
- Proven success in delivering high-quality, user-centric products within dynamic environments.

**Preferred Background & Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in mobile product development.
- Passionate about building user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of a diverse user base.

**Compensation**

United States: $636k - 678k total compensation (this includes RSU's that vest quarterly. performance bonuses can increase the total comp further. see the loom for more info). Compensation depends on leveling and location.
