Port Carling Golf Club, a premier private golf course in the heart of Muskoka, is seeking a passionate and dedicated **Gardener** to join our Turf Maintenance Team. If you love working outdoors and have an eye for detail in landscaping and horticulture, this is a great opportunity to contribute to the beauty of one of Ontario’s finest golf courses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and ornamental landscapes throughout the course and clubhouse areas.
- Prune, weed, deadhead, and fertilize plants to ensure a high standard of presentation.
- Assist with watering schedules, including operating irrigation systems when required.
- Collaborate with the turf team to enhance the overall aesthetics of the golf course.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden tools, equipment, and work areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous gardening, landscaping, or horticulture experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plant care, soil management, and pest control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, digging, and kneeling.
- A valid driver’s license is an asset.

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
