Eagleson Property Management Inc., founded in 2006, specializes in Island Property Management - with full accessibility to Lake Rosseau, and Lake Joseph in particular. We offer a wide range of services, including, but not limited to; Cottage Construction, Island Barging, Irrigation Installation, Arborist Services, Sportscape Construction, Full Gardening and Landscaping Expertise, Cottage Opening/Closings, Deck and Dock Construction, Hardscapes, and so much more.
Being a mainly outside job you must be willing to work during varying weather conditions and be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time. This is a physically demanding job with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting. Being comfortable on the water, and knowledge of the waterways throughout Muskoka adds a strong asset. The ability to work independently, with drive and under tight timelines, completing the daily tasks at hand, is mandatory.
Job entails, but is not limited to:
- Construction and Renovations
- Spring Opening and Fall Closing of Cottages
- Tree Work
- Painting
- Gardening, Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping
- Landscape Lighting
- Irrigation Installation and Maintenance
- Barging of Materials to and from Island Properties
- etc.
Job Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Boating License
- Ability to work alone at times, highly motivated and a self-starter with the willingness to learn.
