It's an exciting year planned at Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club, located in the heart of cottage country on the shores of Lake Rosseau, in the town of Port Carling, Ontario. Established in 1919, the private, family member's club boasts a rich history of tradition. The walkable, fun and scenic 18-hole course was designed by the renowned Stanley Thompson, one of golf's classic golf course architects. The Club also supports activities in tennis, sailing and swimming through the summer junior programs.

We are in search of individuals for the spring/summer of 2025 to become a member of our Golf Course Maintenance Team for another outstanding golf season.

Work Responsibilities Include:

- Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
- Bunker raking and maintenance.
- Line trimming and Flymow grooming.
- Blowing leaves and debris with a backpack.
- Course setup moving blocks, divot repair and garbage pickup.
- Participate in turfgrass topdressing and aerification procedures.
- Assist with tree and garden maintenance.
- Seeding and sodding projects.
- Hand watering of turf and gardens

Qualifications:

- Arrive punctually on time for early mornings work.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Attention to detail to deliver awesome course conditions.
- Work well in a fun, fast-paced team orientated environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Capable of handling moderate physical demands i.e., light walking, bending over, lifting.
- Previous experience as an asset.
- Valid drivers’ license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
