**Who are we looking for?**

**We are currently seeking a Law Clerk Floater for our Personal Injury department. This position will require you to provide support to the Personal Injury Department. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.**
- Law Clerk/Paralegal Diploma or relevant working experience is required
- 0-3 years’ experience supporting a litigation practice
- Above average interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be proactive and follow through.
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines
- Above average keyboarding/computer skills (primarily Word and Outlook)
- Experience with specialized software programs such as Primafact an asset

**General tasks**
- Drafting correspondence and litigation support
- Assisting with trial and hearing preparation
- Court and administrative tribunal filings
- Assist with scheduling
- Processing invoices and maintaining expense reports
- Coding and organizing electronic briefs
- Opening and closing files
