**Responsibilities**
- Drafting documents including but not limited to Financial Statements, Net Family Property Statements, Applications, Motions, Affidavits, Bills of Costs, court orders, and Certificates of Divorce.
- Ensuring that accurate legal documents are prepared within timelines set by the instructing lawyer and/or applicable court deadlines.
- Managing the financial disclosure process in family law matters, including communication with clients and obtaining and compiling supporting documents.
- Communicating with clients and external parties regarding initial intake or ongoing file management.
- All aspects of file management and documentation for uncontested divorces.
- Arranging for service and filing of court documents through process servers, as required.
- Liaising with court staff to set motion dates, case conferences, settlement conferences, special appointments, court appointments, etc., as required.
- Assisting lawyers and staff within the practice group when necessary.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary Law Clerk Diploma, Paralegal Diploma, or post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- Experience as a Law Clerk.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Highly motivated with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Courteous, client-focused, and maintains a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
