**Responsibilities**:

- Administration of several real estate development projects
- Client communication and regular investment & project updates
- Coordination of investment changes, re-registrations and transfers
- Investment administration
- Reception duties and general office administration as required
- Reporting and tracking of various projects
- Administering Provincial and Federal Corporate Registrations and Annual Filings
- Corporate insurance policy maintenance and renewals
- Oversee property management (rental units) reports deliverables
- Manage the real estate sales process from beginning to end for any lot or property sales
- Financial and activity reporting and budgeting
- Management of utility services and maintenance
- Marketing Support (Administering Social Media, Websites, Google listings etc.)
- Coordinate services with 3rd party contractors (Engineers, Regulators, Inspectors etc.)
- Database maintenance & sales prospect tracking
- Electronic and paper record keeping and filing
- General support in other areas of the business as required.

Full Time - Permanent Position
Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R3P 2P2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
