***What You'll Do**:
**Lead by Example**: Work regular serving shifts while also stepping into supervisory roles to support and guide the front-of-house team.**Coach & Motivate**: Help train, mentor, and encourage staff to deliver top-tier service.**Guest Experience**: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.**Shift Support**: Assist in floor management, staff coordination, and daily operational tasks.**Maintain Standards**: Help ensure cleanliness, safety, and company policy compliance.**Work as a Team**: Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

***What You Bring**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a busy restaurant environment.- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.- ProServe and Food Safe certification (or willing to obtain).- A desire to grow and take on more responsibility.
