In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while also assisting in the supervision and training of our front-of-house staff. **Key Responsibilities**: **Serving Guests**: Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. **Supervisory Duties**: Assist with the training and development of new servers. Monitor service levels and ensure guest satisfaction standards are met. Assist with shift scheduling and staff coordination. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Cash handling and closing up the building. **General Responsibilities**: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures. Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations. **Qualifications**: Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
