**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front House Server to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring they enjoy our authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Be ready to answer questions and make recommendations.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Ensure all orders are confirmed with the guest.
- **Food Delivery**: Serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Ensure orders are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
- **Customer Care**: Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall guest experience.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash-out procedures at the end of the shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for food and an interest in Vietnamese cuisine.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
