Are you looking for a rewarding management role with a great company? At Self Stor, we pride ourselves on being the premium self storage brand in the GTA. We require a motivated self-starter to fill the role of District Service Manager at our North York location.
- You'll be leading a small team of Customer Service Representatives and handling the day-to-day operation and management of the office and facility
- Ensuring Facility is well kept, working with head office on facility maintenance priorities
- You'll be in charge of unit rentals, ensuring that the location and it's staff achieve rental and revenue targets

**Requirements**:

- Problem solving: You love tackling the most difficult of challenges and know how to get to the best solution.
- Detail-oriented: Nothing gets overlooked
- Hungry: Proactive mindset and strong initiative. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Very strong English language written and verbal communication skills
- Very comfortable learning new proprietary computer systems and operating in the MS Windows/Office environment
- Passion for small business and an interest in sales and business operations
- Confident team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it’s necessary to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing activities
- Must love cats We have a working cat at this location
- Must be comfortable using handheld power tools (drill, angle grinder etc)
