**What You Will Do With Us**

As the **District Manager**, you will be responsible for leading a team of Branch Managers and inside Sales Representatives to grow both our sales and overall presence across the **Northern **Ontario **(Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Bracebridge, Parry Sound, Midland, Collingwood and Owen Sound)**. **This will include developing strong and productive relationships with internal customers and external customers and partners.

- Developing and executing branch sales plans with your team to increase each location’s number of active customers and optimize its product mix.

- Leading your district to financial success and also communicate accurate forecast and performance information - you will have full P&L responsibility
- Being close to you customers - understanding the business outcomes they seek, identifying trends, new products and competitive activities.
- Developing sustained trust with internal team members, key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Managing customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
- Ultimately by being a prominent Brand Ambassador in our industry, by being visible and focusing on the Customer experience within your district. Being recognized as a trusted and reliable resource to our customers and within our organization.

**Who Are You**
- Ideally, you have a relevant post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally at a sales leadership level.
- You have strong planning, analytical, organizational, decision making and time management skills plus strong business and financial acumen
- You genuinely like people, and are focused on creating a positive customer and employee experience.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral.) and can communicate, present and effectively influence at all levels of the organization
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.
- You have excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- You have the ability to build strategic partnerships and identify potential sales opportunities
