**A Day in the Life**:
Major responsibilities include:

- Serve as the liaison between Project Managers, contractors, and the client; create, manage and negotiate contracts between parties
- Write, review, analyze, modify, and negotiate contracts and contract modification to minimize levels of risk
- Draft, issue and monitor execution of contracts, purchase orders, service orders, change orders
- Analyze client contractual terms and conditions and recommend innovative approaches to contract requirements, obligations and risk exposure
- Advise the Project Manager regarding required actions to protect company risks and limit liabilities exposure.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred
- 5+ years in contract management, procurement management, and experience negotiating complex engineering project agreements with various levels of clients and owners
- Strong negotiation skills
- Success handling complex high dollar contracts specific to engineering and construction materials and services
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of contract law.
