Carling Motors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented **Body Shop Office Manager / Estimator**with strong **estimation and customer service skills** to support our dynamic body shop team. This hybrid role combines front office management with vehicle damage estimating and customer coordination. This is your opportunity to work in a premium dealership that offers a friendly and professional customer-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Front Office Management**
- Open and manage work orders
- Coordinate repairs, rental vehicles, towing, and appointments
- Communicate and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
- Ensure all notes and updates are properly entered into Mitchell, Audatex, and Body Shop Connect

**Estimating & Vehicle Damage Assessment**
- Perform thorough damage inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Document damages with written reports and photographs
- Maintain strong knowledge of auto repair procedures and technologies

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in a collision repair environment or estimating role preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Mitchell, Audatex, and Body Shop Connect
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and insurance processes is an asset
- Knowledge of CDK software is an asset.
