Our licensed child care centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced **Supervisor** to join our leadership team. The Supervisor will work closely with the Director to guide educators, support families, and ensure a safe, enriching, and compliant environment for children aged **6 months to 6 years**.

**About the Role**

The Supervisor plays a key leadership role in daily operations, staff development, and program quality. You’ll be responsible for implementing our philosophy and curriculum while ensuring the centre meets all **Ministry of Education and CCEYA** standards. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with **CCEYA**, health, and safety requirements
- Lead, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and team meetings
- Support educators in planning engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate programs
- Communicate effectively with families and address questions or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all licensing documentation is up to date
- Conduct tours for prospective families and assist with enrollment
- Help plan and organize family events, open houses, and centre celebrations
- Collaborate with the Director on staffing, budgeting, marketing, and program improvements

**Qualifications**
- **Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)** in good standing with the **College of ECEs (Ontario)**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a supervisory or leadership role within a licensed child care setting
- In-depth knowledge of **Ministry and licensing regulations**:

- **Current** Vulnerable Sector Check (within 3 months), First Aid/CPR-C, TB test, and immunizations
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and web-based software systems
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication

**Work Schedule**
- **Full-time**, flexible schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Occasional evenings for tours, meetings, or events
