**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create detailed reports on marketing performance, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to increase sales.
- Develop predictive models and data visualizations to assist in sales forecasting and decision-making.
- Identify trends and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data insights, focusing on strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Evaluate customer behavior and demographics to refine targeting strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for improving marketing strategies and boosting sales.
- Continuously track market trends and competitor performance to inform data-driven decisions that support sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or sales-driven environments.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau (or similar).
- Experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing, campaign analysis, and sales conversion optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of the beauty or aesthetics industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to leverage data to drive sales, identify trends, and improve marketing ROI.
