**Overview**

As a Data Analyst at Redishred, you'll collaborate with the VP of Information Technology and work closely with the SVP of Finance & Acquisitions to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will encompass data aggregation, management, normalization, integration, analysis, and reporting. By delivering KPI dashboards and valuable business insights, you'll contribute to informed decision-making within our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfill data and analysis requirements across various company departments, including finance, sales, marketing, operations, and IT, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's data needs.
- Transform large, diverse data sets into relevant, actionable reports that are easily understandable, even when the data is inconsistent or unstructured.
- Extract and synthesize financial and non-financial data from a wide array of sources, providing comprehensive analysis, insights, and options to support our Leadership team in making informed business decisions.
- Establish a unified data source to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Identify and aggregate data from both internal and external sources, exploring new opportunities to leverage data for enhanced business value.
- Develop Power BI Dashboards for various departments, fostering organization-wide collaboration.
- Maintain data quality processes to track our organization's KPIs and analytics.
- Create automated solutions to enhance report runtime, accuracy, and efficiency, reducing manual reporting efforts.
- Work on data normalization and data integrations for acquisitions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with a natural curiosity for understanding and explaining data and information quality.
- Advanced SQL skills for query development and proficiency in related languages.
- Proficiency in solving data and analytical challenges, including the ability to establish frameworks for generating and communicating operational and business insights.
- Advanced skills in Data Visualization tools, particularly MS Power BI.
- A university degree in Computer Science or Statistics is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in data management and performance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL to conduct complex data analysis.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Action-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
