Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Customer Care, our Customer Service Representatives are the liaison between Coast Appliances and our current and potential customers.
The **Customer Service Representative** duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Manage inbound and outbound conversations
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Submit in warranty service requests & cosmetic damage claims to manufacturers
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Act as a liaison between our branches/warehouses & the customer
