Busy Bee Gold is a family-owned business that specializes in environmentally friendly dry cleaning with over 35 years of innovative experience in stain removal, pressing, cleaning, tailoring, and bridal services. The company works with all the major luxury brands, major films, TV shows, and performers like Cirque du Soile, earning the trust of its clients through exceptional quality and service.

**Role Description**

This is a permanent part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Vancouver, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also process incoming garments and communicate with other team members, and assist with related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to create a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiar with POS software programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with environmentally friendly practices and cleaning procedures is a plus.

Pay: $17.75-$22.50 per hour
