**Position Summary**

Provide guidance to Customer Service Representantive (CSR) and Estimators to ensure the efficient day-to-day resolution of customer service operations and support the sales team. Service escalations and serve as internal communication liaison between sales, customer service, and production. Assist in servicing customer needs by providing information on products, pricing, and delivery, as well as all order information. Serve as a liaison with various departments to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establish controls, processes and procedures in the department
- Work with CSR’s to better service customers, understand pricing and improve overall workflow
- Define escalation points and ensure problematic orders are being handled professionally and effectively
- Participate in the quality control resolution process. Work with CSR’s, customers, and Quality Control team to resolve issues effectively.
- Be the liaison between CSR’s, scheduling and support staff as it pertains to orders in house.
- Work with scheduling to ensure backlogs are being addressed appropriately and escalate problematic orders to management.
- Ensure all consignment and warehouse agreements are maintained.
- Communicate slow moving inventory to Sales and CSR’s and ensure action plans are put in place.
- In addition to providing guidance to the team, this role will be a working supervisor, providing customer service support to assigned accounts.
- Other related duties and special projects as assigned.

**Goals and Reporting**

Meetings will be held bi-weekly with the President Packaging to review all sales & customer related issues. The Customer Service Supervisor will report on incoming issues and progress with accounts and will discuss problematic orders, workflow issues, communication challenges, etc.

**Competencies**
- Associates degree or relevant industry work experience required
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2+ years customer service in a business to business environment
- Enthusiasm for the job and positivity in all communications, internally and externally
- Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking French and English
- Strong customer focus

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
