**The Business System Analyst**

As a member of our Manufacturing team, the _Business System Analyst_ is responsible for analysis and working cross-functionally to support all departments across the company.

**A day in the life of a Business System Analyst might include**
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Conducts thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Designs and implements configurations and customizations to meet business needs.
- Utilizes SQL Management Studios for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Utilizes SQL Management Studios to create stored procedures and views.
- Provides ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
- Works closely with all teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Stays informed about the latest updates and features to recommend and implement enhancements.
- Conducts data modelling and mapping.
- Other projects and responsibilities, as assigned.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- One of more of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Management Studios for database management and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
