Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Web & Content Specialist - Bilingual is an organized and methodical problem solver pursuing a career in Digital Marketing. Focusing on our web and digital presence, you are passionate about taking on diverse projects to meet strategic branding and communication goals. A strong communication acumen with solid writing skills is a must in order to translate complex ideas into simple forms. This role requires a flexible and team player attitude who is motivated to support the business.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing
- Continuous web maintenance and enhancement of Canon Medical Systems Canada’s bilingual website (French/English)
- Utilizing a web content management system is required (Knowledge of RWS Tridion Sites is an asset)
- Managing the translation process to ensure consistency and accuracy for published content
- Localize copy and creative assets for use in the Canadian market
- Performing analytics and reporting of all digital marketing & web activities

Hybrid Event Coordination & Trade Show Support
- Online/in-person event coordination and logistics to support the Marketing Manager on internal meetings, product launches, workshops, trade shows, customer events, training etc.
- Organize Canon Medical product & solution marketing collateral and content for trade shows and events as required
- Manage Marketing’s trade show asset inventory (Local travel required)

Marketing Operations & Automation
- Managing translation process to ensure consistency and accuracy for internal and external communications
- Manage inventory of product literature and promotional items to fulfill sales team requests
- Assist with reports and presentations as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience and working knowledge of the Medical Imaging industry is preferred
- Bilingualism is a requirement for this role (French/English)
- Technical experience with multi-lingual websites (RWS Tridion Sites and WorldServer)
- Skilled communicator and writer who works well with global teams
- Teamwork mindset and flexibility for evolving business requirements
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (from traditional to digital marketing)
- PC and Mac knowledge, including software such as MS Office (Excel Intermediate, PowerPoint Advanced) and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- College diploma or university degree in marketing, web design or equivalent
- Valid G Driver’s License required for local duties and travel
