**This remote role is national in scope, with the flexibility to be associated with any of our CPA Canada offices.**

**The targeted annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 and is commensurate with experience.**

**About the opportunity**

In this role your responsibilities include:
**EDITORIAL MANAGEMENT**
- Manage content for CPA Canada’s website and other digital channels by collaborating with departmental content owners, marketing communications and UX team to optimize user experience and deliver on business objectives.
- Support creation and writing of all new web content in a consistent and compelling tone to reflect organization’s key messages and brand voice.
- Advise business units on best content formats to profile their content.
- Take an active role in identifying improvements and recommending strategic content placement in support of unifying content initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor web content performance to optimize content strategy.

**WEBSITE MAINTENANCE**
- Identify relevant content to regularly update home page and pillar pages that promote the organization’s business priorities and reflect value proposition.
- Take ownership for content quality and accuracy site wide with regular review/proofreading of pages,
- Work with UX team on site-wide maintenance ensuring content us up-to-date, optimized for search and mobile and AODA compliant.

**CONTENT GOVERNANCE**
- Contribute to creating regular content audit schedule for web content to update and retire content based on relevance.
- Think critically to audit and restructure website based on evolving brand priorities and website improvements.
- Develop uniform web writing style guide and newsletter best practices to maintain a consistent brand voice across the website and products.

**What we are looking for**:

- University degree in Communications or Journalism (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar content management/digital production role
- Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Experience using Sitecore CMS or similar CMS platforms for managing web content
- Working knowledge of The Canadian Press style guide
- Demonstrated understanding of web content strategy, SEO, Information Architecture and User Experience best practices
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
