Join our COR.PAY team We can tell you how amazing we are, but our numbers speak for themselves - Over 1 billion items digitally archived annually - 25+ years of experience - 100% coverage for major FIs for treasury management **Work Schedule (Full-Time)**: Monday to Thursday 9:00 pm to 5:00 am and Friday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. For every hour worked during the evening shift, a shift premium will be provided in addition to the base pay. **The Opportunity**: Responsible to perform Alpha/Numeric data entry of multiple fields as per client requirements using the GBS Data Entry systems in accordance with Symcor procedures and quality guidelines to meet daily productivity output requirements while continuously achieving Service Level Schedule (SLS). **About the role**: - Key Alpha/Numeric data using GBS Data Entry system with accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure complete understanding of Multiple GBS Applications and the respective client requirements therein. - Deliver exceptional customer service through teamwork. **What you need to have to succeed**: - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of Symcor’s routine procedures. - Knowledge of client work instructions. - Knowledge of any equipment or software related to assigned work. - Knowledge of own department and other departments in Symcor that are involved in/impacted by assigned work. - Knowledge of deadlines to meet internal client requirements. **What's in it for you**: At Symcor, we define our success by what we help others achieve.
