Are you passionate about the sports fashion industry and want to be part of growing and expand Peak Performance in the North American markets? We are currently looking for a **Sales Operations Specialist** to join our Canadian team.
As our Sales Operations Specialist you will work in close collaboration with our Canadian Sales Team. Together you will be leading our sales in Canada by clear direction & communication with both our DTC and B2B channels. You will enable increased sales and reduce friction in the sales process by supporting the full process with everything from forecast and measurement to price setting and assisting in selling-in, claims and reorders. All with our end consumers top of mind.

You will be a key contact in the communication between our sales organization, warehouse and external stakeholders so communicating and collaborating cross functions comes naturally to you. The role will be located in Laval and you will report to our Head of Operations in Stockholm.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide tools required to track, plan, forecast and measure the business and sales performance
- SAP order management and B2B maintenance (SFA sales portal)
- Provide the team with all sales material and timeline before selling-in
- Implement and manage customer relationship
- Customer support - material questions, claims, reorders
- Assist on marketing tasks for our DTC accounts
- Support with E-com & Retail contracts and moving quantity between the channels based on current need
- Place orders to our brand stores based on A3 replenishment tool
- Support retail stores with delays, missing pcs, orders, corrections in Cegid etc.
- Collection start up and closing
- Create price list for Canada
- Lead weekly meetings with warehouse
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Sales Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years´ of industry relevant experience
- Communicates in English and French, both spoken & written
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good knowledge in SAP, and preferably experience from A3
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Loyal and understand what is best for the company

Le poste sera situé à Laval et vous relèverez de notre chef des opérations à Stockholm.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Fournir les outils nécessaires au suivi, à la planification, aux prévisions et à la mesure de la performance des affaires et des ventes
- Gestion des commandes SAP et maintenance B2B (portail de vente SFA)
- Fournir à l'équipe tout le matériel de vente et le calendrier avant la vente
- Mettre en œuvre et gérer la relation client
- Assistance à la clientèle - questions sur le matériel, réclamations, nouvelles commandes
- Assister aux tâches de marketing pour nos comptes DTC
- Assistance pour les contrats de commerce électronique et de détail et transfert des quantités entre les canaux en fonction des besoins actuels
- Passer les commandes aux magasins de notre marque sur la base de l'outil de réapprovisionnement A3
- Assister les magasins de détail pour les retards, les pièces manquantes, les commandes, les corrections dans Cegid, etc.
- Démarrage et fermeture de la collecte
- Créer une liste de prix pour le Canada
- Diriger les réunions hebdomadaires avec l'entrepôt
