These positions start at casual but can eventually lead to full time positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure client safety at all times
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Help with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if necessary
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Personal Support Worker Certificate is required (from a PSW school in Ontario)
- Home Care or Long-Term Care experience is ideal, but not required
- Previous experience with elderly clients is considered an asset.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Compassionate and patient nature to provide emotional support to individuals
- Valid First Aid / CPR Certification is required.
- Cleared Vulnerable Sector Screen (Within the last 2 years)
- Must have reliable transportation methods or a valid Ontario Driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications required for the position
