- Order Processing-Customer Service and Administration for a permanent full-time position.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support of open order management, claims, chargebacks mitigation.
- Contact customers for payment and release orders.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery, tracking, warranty.
- Product set-up.
- Follow-up on sales.
- Attending trade fairs and involve in set-up.
- Answer telephone, online chat.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 1-2+ years related experience or similar support/functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, multi-tasking skills; attention to detail
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Process oriented with interest in continuous improvement and learning

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Responsabilités essentielles
- Soutien de la gestion des commandes en cours, des réclamations, et des rétro facturations.
- Contacter les clients pour le paiement et la libération des commandes.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant l'état des commandes, la livraison, le suivi, et la garantie.
- Gérer des produits dans le système informatique.
- Suivi de ventes.
- Participation et préparation à des foires commerciales
- Répondre au téléphone, au chat en ligne.

Exigences mínimales
- 1-2+ ans d'expérience et ou dans des fonctions de soutien similaires.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de multitâche ; souci du détail.
- Capacité d'autogestion de plusieurs projets dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
- Orienté vers les processus et intéressé par l'amélioration et l'apprentissage continus

Qualifications souhaitées
- Connaissance du système ERP
- Diplôme universitaire recommandé
