**Nature and scope of position**:
This position reports to the Area Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management or Leadership role.
- Must have an open availability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and be coached
- Has reliable means of transportation
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift objects up to 50lbs

**Basic function**:

**Principal accountability**:
Ensuring a strict Brand Compliance in the restaurant.

**Job Type**:
Full-time

**Pay**:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
