**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service efficiency
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and accountability
- Monitor food preparation for quality, consistency, and adherence to health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Manage inventory, place supply orders, and control stock levels
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems for order tracking and financial reporting
- Conduct staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership**:

- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Serving It Right Certificate and Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
