We are excited to announce our search for a FULL TIME/PART TIME **Guest Service** professional in our (ENTER LOCATION). In this role you’ll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON’s brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in guests
- Selling wax/laser packages and retail products
- Point of sale operations
- Coordinating appointments
- Appointment confirmation & scheduling
- Opening & closing duties
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- General administration responsibilities

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in Reception / customer service
- Able to communicate effectively
- Professional and motivated
- Self-starter
- Hospitality-focused approach/attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties
- Able to work some weekends and evenings

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Location**:

- Ottawa, ON K1S 5J3 (required)

Work Location: In person
