**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred, especially in the hotel industry.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple calls effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: $17.20-$17.75 per hour
