**Your Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of strategic Data Governance plans, goals, and objectives along with other Data and Product leaders in the group.
- Develop, lead, and manage cross teaM/Functional projects involving Data Professionals, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers. Keeping the stakeholders updated on the progress of projects, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback.
- Develop, enforce, and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead or participate in data governance committees or councils, facilitating meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes related to data governance.
- Evangelize the capabilities of the Data Platform and the value it can bring to different types of customers.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and shared goals, creating a collaborative team environment and driving the right level of process to ensure efficiency and high quality delivery within the team.

**Your Qualifications**
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical program management role.
- 2+ years of experience with big data technologies, telemetry design, ETL development, and BI solutions.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in the Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management programs with proven experience in developing and implementing successful data governance frameworks.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience with Data Catalogs such as Alation.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
