Overview
We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive initiative delivery, release management, road mapping, dependency and risk management, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful execution of strategic priorities and fostering alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the resiliency and stability of technical systems, including contingency planning and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed resiliency measures across AI & DPE.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale projects focused on enhancing system reliability through technical solutions.
- Continuously assess and improve measures based on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Define and track KPIs to measure improvements and ensure ongoing system robustness.
- Support Agile Release Trains and drive Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.
- Mentor team members.
About You
- Proven success leading programs involving complex technical stacks such as business rules engines, high-speed caching, big data lakes, and AI technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Adept at navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Sound technical judgment to challenge assumptions and collaborate with engineers.
- Proficient in Agile practices with strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SDLC (software development life cycle).
- Strong background in technical project and/or program management.
Proficient with tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and DOMO.

Vancouver, Canada: $108,000 - $173,000 CAD
