**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Communicate promptly and accurately with customers regarding order progress, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, including marketing, logistics, production, and finance.
- Ensure order pricing and shipments comply with company policies while meeting customer requirements.
- Process change orders, cancellations, price validations, and return requests efficiently.
- Verify, record, and maintain customer documents and orders in accordance with corporate policies.
- Issue official Order Acceptances and Sales Order Acknowledgements.
- Take ownership for processing each customer order accurately and on time.
- Develop knowledge of production processes to provide precise and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist with shipping arrangements within Canada, the United States, and North America.
- Support marketing activities, including campaign execution, promotional materials, trade shows, events, and social media initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support improvements in marketing strategies and service quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
