**Job Summary**:
We’re expanding our team to meet growing demand and seeking to hire a full-time Project and Client Services Assistant in our office in Surrey, BC. This position has the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager or Client Services Specialist role.

**Duties**:

- Supporting our Client Services and Projects Department
- Answer phones and directing calls
- Data entry and word processing
- CADD work to develop floor plans (training provided)
- Light shipping and receiving
- Direct and follow-up with client inquiries

**Skills**:

- Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Customer service
- Very organized; can work independently with an ability to multitask
- Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member
- Confident and comfortable conducting meetings with clients
- Background in Property Administration would be an asset

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
