Client Service Representative, Hour Bank

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Proactively contact clients to check in with them, and to explain new features and processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, agents, insurance company representatives
- Assist in administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- Previous contact centre, benefits administration or payroll experience an asset
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, covered members, agents and insurance company representatives
- Ability to access information as needed to respond to inquiries using available resources such as SharePoint and proprietary software systems
- Highly professional and organized with the ability to manage / follow up on outstanding tasks
- Friendly, professional and polite with experience in customer service and/or employee benefits
- Interpersonal skills: team player, tactful, sensitive, flexible, works well with others

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
