We are looking for Part-Time Key Holder Sales Associate who identifies with MUJI's philosophy and wants to be part of our growth, and strives for better customer service

**Who are we looking for**:

- 1+ years experience in a retail keyholder or leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, fellow team members, and store management.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Quickly resolve and/or communicate any issues or problems with management to find appropriate resolution
- Experience in Visual Merchandising
- Knowledge of the MUJI products
- Flexibility in schedule when needed (weekends, holidays, etc.)

**How will you contribute**:

- Superior Customer Service, as well as drive sales
- Visual merchandising and changing displays
- Acting as a role model and trainer for junior associates
- Opening and closing store procedures (cash counting)
- Balancing cash register
- Maintaining stockroom
- Receiving shipment / Restocking
