MUJI Canada seeks to add a Full-Time Visual Associate, to the Metrotown Team. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions. If your experience/education and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you

As the Full Time Visual Associate, your expertise lies in executing effective floor sets, visual merchandising updates, in-store signage, windows, upper displays. You ensure the store is always at MUJI standard through coaching and development of the team. You have an eye for details, you are passionate about visual standards and merchandising, and you love working with your team. Most importantly, you represent the MUJI values and bring your A-game every day.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Support driving an outstanding customer experience in partnership with the management team by ensuring your store is always representative of the MUJI standards.
- Deliver monthly floor set execution and weekly visual merchandising updates by training and coaching the sales team.
- Ensure all areas of the store are effectively executed to MUJI standards - including windows, upper displays and merchandising all departments.
- Ensure assigned store remains at a high standard at all times. You follow up on the day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
- A detailed eye for merchandising opportunities. Ready to game plan with the store managers and take action to drive results.
- MUJI values are a priority
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.
- Support overall store operations, including operating POS, attending fitting rooms, stock management, etc. Ensuring these operational areas are always customer ready and at the highest standard

Hours preference: Full -Time Visual Associates are expected to have open availability

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Merchandising: 1 year (required)
