**Director Consulting Services (Director of Sales)**

The Director Consulting Services is responsible for client acquisition and the acquisition of consulting contracts by focusing on small and medium sized business clients by utilizing their educational background and professional experience as well as their communication, time management, leadership, technical, business development, and people skills.

The fulfillment of these contracts will be done by an existing proven team of various developers that can be easily expanded as needed.

The Director Consulting Services is an individual who knows what she/he is doing and who has extensive hands-on experience in that role with a proven track record.

The Director Consulting Services has at least 10 - 15 years of job experience in that role.

We need a Director Consulting Services for
- the German speaking area in Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy).
- North-America.
- Latin-America.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
- Assess and pass judgement on clients’ requirements.
- Ability to supervise associates, senior associates and managers, as the situation dictates.
- Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments.
- Acts as a Career Advisor to associates, senior associates and managers.
- Schedules and manages workload of associates, senior associates, and managers.
- Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates, senior associates and managers.

**Education**

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Outstanding communication skills.
- Outstanding people’s skills.Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Software, Computing, Finance, Economics, Business or Statistics, preferred.
- Master’s degree pr PhD in any IT or Software field preferred.

Experience and track record will trump academic qualifications.

**Experience**
- Ten (10) or more years prior experience in the role required.
- Expertise in the small and medium sized business client service area, required
- Prior supervisory experience, required
- Experience working in public contracts, preferred

**License/Certifications**
- Possession of other professional degrees or certifications applicable to role, preferred.

**Software**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, required
- Experience cloud computing, preferred
- Experience with customized software solutions, preferred
