**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Orangeville. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, contributing significantly to our mission of providing comprehensive health solutions. The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions and support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a part-time position with approximately 16 hours per week to start with more in the near future. Immediate start required.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to: booking patients, answering phone calls, responding to insurance requests, WSIB and MVA form submission.
- Coordinate schedules for optimal patient flow.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Social Media updates (occasionally)
- Implement organizational systems for filing and documentation management.
- Facilitate communication between staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning the Clinic

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management.
- Proficient computer skills - knowledge of Word, Excel, etc. is needed
- Experience with the Jane software program is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with human resources practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an asset.
- Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
