**Job Description**:
As a Policy and Projects Coordinator you will support the Quality and Risk team and work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support quality improvement within the organization, with a primary focus on policies and procedures and forms maintenance and development.
- What will you do?- Expert resource to the organization in the development, management, troubleshooting, resolution, and utilization of electronic forms
- Consults with form owners and other stakeholders to confirm content and format of all requested forms
- Consults with community partners and service providers regarding their use of Home and Community Care Support Services - North Simcoe Muskoka forms and the collection and formatting of external forms for Home and Community Care Support Services - North Simcoe Muskoka use
- Maintains online forms directory on SharePoint and in provider portal
- Resource to management team/policy owner/EAs for the development and revision of policies and use of the policy software
- Maintains and updates document users and roles in policy software
- Generates policy audit reports for managers as required
- Provides support to improvement leads with organizational projects and improvement initiatives including the recording of minutes, assistance with focus groups and support in project team meetings
- Updates and maintains my job site and applicable standard operating procedures and associated links in consultation with project manager and/or process owner
- Responds to feedback and request for improvement to the job site to support users
- Updates and maintains team SharePoint page, and other software as required
- Maintains distribution lists applicable to emergency response including the Emergency Vulnerable Population group and is responsible as primary contact for fan out of communication to level three emergency contacts

What must you have?
- Post-secondary diploma in executive office administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and co-operatively in a busy environment
- What would give you the edge?- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Visual Basic and JavaScript programming
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders which includes respecting and valuing others, active listening and facilitating healthy relationships
- Extremely accurate keyboarding skills; knowledge of complex, executive level document preparation including proof reading for accuracy
