- Job Description:_

Management will work to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- Interviewing and onboarding of new front of house staff
- Prepare shift schedules
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff
- Fostering a great work environment
- Boost employee retention
- Supervise wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
- Requirements and skills_
- A leader who is ambitious about their personal and professional goals
- An experienced hospitality manager or similar role with a minimum of 1+ years in a full service restaurant
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Good math and reporting skills
- Communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- A supportive leader ready to develop their team’s skills development, performance and career goals
- Reliable and motivated professional with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality and high quality customer service
