**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff and guests.
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
