We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our **Delta, BC** Dealership as **Rental Fleet Coordinator**. This is a **Full-Time, Regular** position.
The PDI Technician is responsible for making ready all rental units for customers as well as assisting with checking in new units, show set up and taking inventory pictures.

**Job Duties**:

- Maintain reservation boards and system in collaboration with reservations manager
- Manage insurance claims and damage declarations for rental fleet
- Maintain and update statistics for rental unit damages and insurance claims
- Administer vehicle insurance and registrations for entire rental fleet
- Plan and arrange vehicle transfers and exchanges between locations and during breakdowns
- Work closely with service department and repair facilities to coordinate repairs
- Plan and administer end of season defleet
- Work closely with manufacturers to plan and schedule vehicle deliveries / drop-shipping for all rental locations
- Maintain unit files during rental vehicle life cycle
- Check in new vehicles delivered by manufactures and administer check-in and warranty paperwork

**Requirements**:

- High School graduation or equivalent
- A minimum of 2-year experience in a relevant work environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours in high season (April-October)
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Great communication skills
- Customer service experience
