Position Overview

We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance & Support Technician to join our hardworking team. You'll help maintain and prepare our trucks and trailers, ensuring every unit is clean, safe, and ready for customers. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys a variety of tasks, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in RVs and trailers

  • Perform minor repairs including:

  • Plumbing (taps, drains, water tanks)

  • Electrical (12V DC / 120V AC – switches, outlets, lighting)

  • Carpentry (installing hooks, caulking, minor fixtures)

  • Mechanical (brakes, fluids, batteries)

  • Troubleshoot and repair RV appliances

  • Prep and paint steel frames and wheels

  • Clean and organize the shop and yard daily

  • Assist customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off

  • Move trailers between storage yards

  • Handle deliveries and pickups for events

  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (We are flexible on this requirement for an otherwise exceptional candidate.)

  • Punctual, reliable, and honest

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools

Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Welding or metal fabrication experience (steel/aluminum)

  • Experience working with RVs or trailers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
